Ordering Process

When should I order once I set a date?

It is highly recommended to place an order as soon as you have set an event date, so that your date and order are secured.

Orders placed less a week from pickup date are based on availability. Please email me at sweetsbyshirls@yahoo.com to check availability before submitting an order form.

What happens once I submit my order?

I will contact you via email within 24-48 hours to discuss your order, designs and an invoice will be sent once order is discussed.  

 

In order to secure your date, any order requires a $25 nonrefundable deposit to secure the date via  Zelle or Venmo.

The balance must be paid a week before pickup /delivery.

 

Any order placed  less than 7 days from delivery/pickup date, a full payment must be made.

Where are you located & how can I pick up my order?

I am a home based bakery located in North Shore (East Houston, 77015)

 

For orders under $250:

Pickups will be from my home and the address will be provided prior to pickup date. We will arrange a time and date that works best for you.

Delivery is provided for $35 plus $1/additional mile

For orders over $250:

Your choice of Free pickup from my address or Free delivery up to 35 miles.

Deliveries over 35 miles are $10
